About This Episode

Taufiq Yahya is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Kowabunga! Global Pte. Ltd., formerly known as Kidz Treehouse. Established in 2007, the organization began humbly with just three students and has since grown into a prominent provider of educational and enrichment services in Singapore, running multiple student care centres and Forest School-inspired programs focused on character development, environmental stewardship, and experiential learning.
 
With over 17 years of experience in private education and student care, Taufiq also serves as President of the Student Care Association of Singapore. Under his leadership, Kowabunga! Global has scaled significantly and achieved B‑Corp certification—a recognition for meeting high social and environmental performance standards. His vision stems from a deep belief in holistic child development, integrating resilience, creativity, and sustainability into learning experiences that prepare children to be thoughtful, capable stewards of their communities.
