Ng Yi-Xian is the Group Chief Executive Officer of EtonHouse International Education Group, an organization that operates over 120 schools across 11 countries, providing education to more than 20,000 students. As the son of founder Ng Gim Choo, he represents the second generation of leadership within the organization. Before joining EtonHouse, Yi-Xian worked in the finance industry in the United States, serving as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse and later as a hedge fund analyst at North Run Capital. In 2013, he returned to Singapore to contribute to the family business, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles.
 
Under his leadership, EtonHouse has expanded its educational offerings, including the establishment of Middleton International School, which aims to provide affordable international education in Singapore. Yi-Xian is a proponent of inquiry-based learning and emphasizes the importance of fostering a genuine love for learning among students. He believes in the significance of bilingualism and, together with his wife, speaks only Mandarin to their children to encourage language proficiency. Beyond his professional endeavors, Yi-Xian is an advocate for mindfulness and well-being, integrating these practices into his leadership approach. As a father of twin boys, he actively reflects on the joys and challenges of parenthood, striving to balance his personal and professional responsibilities.
